HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I DRINK PER DAY?
Depending on our constitution, our body consists of 50 to 65 percent water. The amount of water that should be drunk daily can vary depending on age group and daily activities. Adults, for example, should drink around 30 to 40 ml of water per kilogram of body weight. This corresponds to 2.1 to 2.8 liters of water per day.
